Job Title: European Grant Proposal Writer We are seeking an experienced European Grant Proposal Writer with a strong background in Green Tech Innovation.
It is essential for this role to have experience writing funding proposals specifically for The EU IF program.
If you do not have experience with this program, we will not be able to consider your application.
Job Description You will work in a multicultural and highly diversified team, playing a key role in proposal development due to your educational background, experience, and insights from the energy industry – from both technical and business/commercial perspectives.

You will work under the guidance of our Team Managers, who will help you develop while providing training and mentorship, enabling you to join our growing team of successful consultants who consistently produce high-quality grant proposals for our European client base.
Task Description Developing high-quality innovation proposals for the EU Innovation Fund.
Leading client management processes from the outset with a focus on service and quality.
Conducting relevant research, analysis, and strategic decision-making for successful proposals.
Collaborating in developing Business Plans and commercial strategies for groundbreaking solutions and industry decarbonisation projects.
Extensive teamwork and collaborations across internal and external teams with a focus on stakeholder management.
Candidate Requirements Engineering university degree (MSc or PhD), ideally with specialization in Renewable Energy related areas such as carbon capture, biofuels, green hydrogen, batteries, offshore wind, photovoltaics, etc.
At least 2 years of experience crafting EU proposals.
Experience writing proposals for the EU Innovation Fund Scheme.
Fluency in English (C1, especially written and spoken).
Understanding of the frameworks and procedures of European funding programs.
Experience working independently with limited supervision and being proactive.
A team player who contributes positively to the working environment.
Skills to build positive connections and communicate professionally with clients, co-workers, and project partners.
