Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and creative DTC Digital Campaign Manager to lead and execute impactful online marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns across various digital platforms to drive engagement, conversions, and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Planning - Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and craft tailored campaign plans based on insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals align with overall marketing strategy.
Campaign Execution - Launch and manage campaigns, including funnels and landing pages.
- Oversee content creation, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia assets.
- Optimize conversion rates, manage daily budgets, and ensure efficient ad spend.
Performance Tracking & Optimization - Monitor key KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously adjust campaigns based on performance data and emerging trends.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication - Work closely with creative teams, data analysts, and external agencies for seamless execution.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Trend Analysis & Innovation - Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Required qualifications - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
- Proven success in managing and optimizing online campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics,
Everflow, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Asana, and Trello.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
