Head of Technology Services Location: Madrid, Spain Required: Previous leadership or management experience in the renewable energy sector, in solar and wind.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Technology Services to lead the Supply Chain Solutions business unit, overseeing the development, execution, and continuous enhancement of our technology services.
In this leadership role, you will drive innovation, operational excellence, and service quality, ensuring that our technology solutions align with both business objectives and client needs.
You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our technology services and advancing our impact in the global renewable energy sector.

Position Overview As the Head of Technology, you will take charge of shaping and executing the strategic direction of our technology services.
Reporting to the Vice-President of Supply Chain Solutions, you will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions that drive innovation, operational efficiency, and excellence in service delivery aligned with industry standards.
You will ensure that our services remain scalable, compliant, and aligned with emerging trends in renewable energy technologies.
Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day delivery of technology services across regions, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain a comprehensive technology service roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives and emerging trends in renewable energy.
Drive the design and implementation of technology-driven innovations, ensuring alignment with client needs and market demands.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient and consistent service delivery.
Act as a key subject matter expert to clients, providing expert recommendations on renewable energy technologies.
Oversee internal and external resource allocation, ensuring efficient mobilization and utilization to handle varying workloads effectively.
Collaborate with contractors, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of projects and services.
Ensure all technology services meet local and international compliance standards across regions.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced studies in photovoltaics technologies are preferred.
At least 15 years of experience in renewable energy technologies, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Project Management certifications, such as PMP or equivalent, are preferred.
In-depth expertise in photovoltaics technologies and manufacturing, as well as energy storage and wind technologies.
Proven ability to optimize resources and services for operational efficiency.
Demonstrated success in leading multi-cultural teams across diverse geographies, fostering collaboration and achieving results.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire innovation and lead high-performing teams.
