Senior Clinical Research Associate This role is open to candidates with a minimum of five years experience as a CRA in Spain.

The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join their team in Spain.
Based out of Barcelona or Madrid,
you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful conduct of clinical trials in Oncology.
Main Responsibilities Lead and manage Phase I-IV oncology clinical trials across Spain, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to regulatory and ICH-GCP guidelines.
Monitor investigator sites to ensure high-quality data collection, protocol compliance, and patient safety in complex oncology studies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, site staff, and key stakeholders to drive study success in cutting-edge cancer research.
Identify and implement process improvements, optimizing site performance and accelerating timelines for breakthrough oncology treatments.
Collaborate with global teams on innovative cancer therapies, expanding your expertise in immuno-oncology, targeted therapies, and precision medicine.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a CRA in clinical trials, with a focus on oncology.
Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements,
and clinical trial processes.
Proven ability to perform on-site monitoring and manage multiple sites effectively.
Proficiency in Spanish and English.
