This permanent role, based in Spain (Hybrid), offers the opportunity to drive impactful projects and work within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Tasks: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Learning, Performance Goals, Recruiting).
Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client-specific needs.
Provide guidance and support during system integration, data migration, and testing phases.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users.
Monitor and resolve post-implementation issues, ensuring smooth system performance.
Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors advancements and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
Requirements: Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with hands-on implementation expertise in at least two SuccessFactors modules (including EC).
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
