Innovate high-purity, high-performance chemicals and materialsAs a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality standards for our current or new products and processes.
You will be responsible for leading and implementing quality improvement initiatives, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement efforts within the current processes and throughout the production processes.
Your expertise in quality engineering methodologies and tools will be essential in identifying and resolving quality issues.
You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager.
In this role, you will impact the overall quality and reliability of our products,
ensuring customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and implement quality improvement initiativesEvaluate and provide input to inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for current and NPI processConduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and reliabilityLead and administrate Customer ComplaintsConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsAnalyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issuesStrong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency,
and professionalismParticipate in cross-functional teams in changes related to current products in meeting customer requirementsCalculate, monitor, and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) quality related, in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity.Write reports and present progress as requested, internally and to customersDefine and oversee the Quality Process in the production floor that includes all quality routines and inspection through the production processesResult driven-demonstrate ownership and accountabilityWork independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervisionActive participation in ensuring compliance with electronic industry standards and regulationsYOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in engineering,
electronics or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in similar position in electronic industryStrong knowledge of SMT processStrong knowledge in post-SMT processes for electronic products (PTH, wave solder, selective solder, CC, potting, ICT, FCT, etc.
)Strong knowledge of quality engineering methodologies and toolsExperience with statistical analysis and problem-solving techniquesExperience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.Experience in new product introduction quality related processes (APQP, PPAP, FAI, etc.
)Experience in contact with customers and suppliersDemonstrate open, clear, concise, and professional communication (verbal and written)Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with manager, co-workers and customer.Knowledge of ISO 9001 standardKnowledge of IPC A610, J STD001,
