**We are searching for the best talent for Data Scientist to be in Brazil (São Paulo), Colombia (Bogotá), Mexico or Chile**

**Purpose**:As a **_Data Scientist _**you will drive marketing innovation by managing the processes and delivering end-to-end Customer Data Platform (CDP) use case activations and analytics across CRM, professional educational tools, marketing, and digital sales channels.
You will collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate resources across Data Source and Digital Marketing teams to establish and drive forward cross-functional workflows to meet go-to-market objectives

**You will be responsible for**:





- Lead the implementation of data ingestion strategies and exploit new data sets and data models for CDP activations and segmentations generating business value.
- Behave as Omnichannel Insights Subject Matter Expert (SME) using the CDP tool, planning, and implementing the end-to-end strategy and plan from requirements gathering with the squad.
- Create advanced predictive data models with either CDP or DataIKU for advanced RecSys NBAs use cases.
- Understand the data unification workflow for new data ingestion or data models.
- Partner with Digital Customer Engagement, CRM, Digital Sales, and IT teams to understand business, functional, technical, and compliance requirements for activating CDP-enabled campaigns, and aligning workflow, timing, and resources against all requirements.




- Participate in the Agile rituals to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of vision, milestones, and outputs from start to finish.
- Track the KPIs and progress of campaign activations of the use cases ensuring feedback and recommendation of actions for the squad.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues throughout the process, actively work with the Data Engineering and Data Source teams to identify and implement solutions for remediation while managing program expectations and communicating implications to key stakeholders.
- Work hand in hand with the squad PO to deliver insights that support better business decision-making.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field.




- Experience as Data Lead/Data Analyst is preferred
- 2+ years of experience onboarding and configuring CDP's/MDM´s (master data management) tools with use cases implementation is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools; PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, and MicroStrategy is preferred.
- Experience implementing data mining processes.
- Experience on data management tools; SQL, SOQL is preferred.
**Required**:

- Advanced English.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, web technologies, and the marketing technology platforms, such as Web Analytics, CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analytics platforms, and cloud databases.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical issues to a broad audience.




- Highly collaborative and adaptable to a changing environment with the ability to learn quickly and work independently as a good initiator with strong project and time management skills.
- Strong analytical, critical, and quantitative skills, including the ability to translate possible solutions into actionable solutions.
- Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable data, analytics and digital solutions.
- Analyze current initiatives and campaign data to help determine the effectiveness of marketing programs.
Leverage findings and trends to find opportunities and make recommendations for the business and the marketing leaders.
- Build out comprehensive, automatic reporting capabilities that support real-time data, allowing teams to identify trends, performance changes
