About the RoleWe're looking for a remote Regional Marketing Manager to spearhead our expansion into Latin America. You'll lead regional marketing initiatives and drive growth through localized strategies.
This is a strategic position requiring both creative and analytical capabilities. You'll participate in weekly team meetings and have the autonomy to shape our regional marketing approach while staying embedded with our global team.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or regional marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving growth in LATAM markets. You're a talented Spanish-language writer with hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns and optimizing campaign performance based on data.
Your performance will be measured by lead generation metrics for the LATAM region, effectiveness of localization initiatives,



sales and channel enablement KPIs, and regional website performance and conversion rates.
You will be doing things like: Regional Marketing Strategy: Define and track regional marketing metrics; build campaigns with regional managers; create regional growth plans.Content Creation & Localization: Translate and adapt existing marketing materials for LATAM audiences; write SEO-optimized Spanish content.Technical SEO & Analytics: Monitor website performance metrics for localized pages; track and analyze campaign KPIs.Paid Digital Campaign Management: Design and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn.Channel Partner Support: Organize and optimize partner webinars; create sales enablement materials.AI & Data-Driven Optimization:



Use AI tools for content creation and optimization; implement A/B testing for campaigns.Skills & Qualifications5+ years of prior experience in roles like Digital Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing Manager, or B2B Marketing Manager.Native-level Spanish writing and content creation capabilities.Advanced SEO implementation experience and technical optimization abilities.Experience developing regional marketing strategies and growth plans.Proven track record managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Expertise in digital marketing analytics and KPI tracking.Strong collaboration and communication abilities.Self-starter mentality with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Position Details Working Hours: Fixed between 8AM-5PM Eastern Time Zone (Toronto time).
Location: Remote position based in Latin America.



Mexico City candidates will work from our local office; remote options available for strong candidates in other LATAM locations.
Compensation: Above-market compensation.
