Job Description
The Travel Agency Manager will lead our travel concierge team, oversee daily operations, and ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Led, trained, and motivated a team of travel concierges to meet customer Service goals.
Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Oversee client consultations, ensuring personalized travel planning that meets their unique needs.
Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and analyze reports to track performance and make datadriven decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or Hospitality industry experience or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the travel industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and CRM software.
