**Unicorn Role Overview**:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Strategic Operations Coordinator** to lead workflow optimization and project execution across multiple teams.
This role will serve as the primary ClickUp administrator, ensuring structured processes, efficient task tracking, and seamless automation.

**What You'll Do**:- Serve as the **primary ClickUp administrator**, maintaining structured workflows, dashboards, and automation.- Optimize project tracking and task management to **ensure accountability** across teams.- Convert meeting outcomes into actionable tasks and monitor execution across departments.- Implement **AI-powered automation tools** to enhance operational efficiency.- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose structured process improvements.- Assign, track, and escalate tasks to ensure the timely execution of high-priority initiatives.- Collaborate with leadership and various teams (finance, leasing, marketing, and investor relations) to ensure seamless workflow alignment.- Track **KPIs, project milestones, and execution bottlenecks**, providing weekly progress reports to leadership.- Provide **ClickUp training and troubleshooting** support to team members.
Ensure that all assigned tasks move forward efficiently without delays.- Only resumes submitted in English will be considered._**Requirements**:- **Strong ClickUp expertise** (certification preferred) with experience in workflow automation and dashboard management.- **Project management experience** (PMP or equivalent preferred) with a proven ability to structure and track project execution.- Experience **leveraging AI-powered automation** tools for workflow optimization.- **Excellent organizational skills** with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.- **Proactive and self-directed approach** to managing cross-functional team projects.- **Strong communication and writing skills** to document meeting outcomes, assign tasks, and provide structured project updates.- **Accountability-driven mindset** with the ability to ensure deadlines are met.- **Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Investment Operations** is a plus but not required.- Proficiency in **Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel**
