**RESPONSIBILITIES**As our Business Development Manager,



you will play a pivotal role in propelling our company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities include:- Developing and executing a robust business development strategy to achieve goals and boost revenue.- Building and nurturing positive relationships with current clients while actively pursuing new opportunities.- Ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.- Managing the entire sales process, tracking performance using CRM tools to consistently meet targets.- Engaging potential clients through persuasive calls and presenting features to drive sales success.- Maintaining a dynamic prospect database and pursuing business opportunities with persistent follow-ups.- Qualifying leads and efficiently scheduling appointments for the Sales and Business Development Team.- Coordinating engaging demonstrations and strategically planning demos for the team.- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



or a related field.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.- In-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies, including the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.- Tremendous follow-through.- An entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit.- Goal-focused, proactive with strong work ethics.- Passion for enterprise SaaS, finance, and real estate.- Unafraid of rejection.- Comfortable and efficient in a sustained work-from-home setup.
