**Description**:- Proactively monitor ongoing orders and identify potential issues before they escalate.- Communicate with restaurants and delivery drivers to confirm order status and troubleshoot pickup/delivery issues.- Resolve logístical challenges by coordinating between restaurants, drivers, and customers.- Document and report common issues, working with the internal team to improve processes.- Ensure efficient order processing by following up on delays and finding solutions to speed up delivery.- Assist Spanish-speaking customers and drivers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
**Hard Requirements**:- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).- Previous experience in customer support, driver support,
or food delivery coordination (e.G., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grab, or similar platforms).- Ability to think proactively, identifying potential order delays and resolving issues before customers reach out.- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.- Comfortable making outbound calls to restaurants and delivery drivers when necessary.- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.- Familiarity with CRM tools, dispatch systems, or customer service platforms is a plus.
**Schedule**:- 40 hours per week- Should be open to work from Monday to Sunday between 8:00AM-1:00AM Eastern Standard Time.
