Your processes and projects will directly contribute to DiDi growth in LATAM!Role Responsibilities:- Designing and implementing initiatives for new user conversion,
being able to leverage data for the decision making process.- Automating processes for driver conversion- Managing the design and execution of incentives, communications and product developments needed for new driver conversion, ensuring awareness and education needed by new users to complete their registration process.- Be primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and prioritizing operations to deliver results, whilst constantly working along cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, City Operations, Product, etc) and external vendors.- Defining and managing data dashboards to monitor national performance of driver conversion and vendor performance.- Wide international scope, including Spanish Speaking LatAm countries.
Constantly generating knowledge through experimental testing.Role Qualifications:- Are currently studying Engineering, Marketing, Business Admin.,
Economics or any related degree.- Strong Spreadsheets skills (Excel / Google Sheets) are a must, other database experience is highly desired.
Comfortable about learning and using new software tools.- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.- Effective communicator
