This role is pivotal in achieving high levels of client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team utilization.
You will lead and optimize delivery processes, scale operations, and manage complex client relationships, ensuring alignment with MAS's growth objectives.
By combining technical expertise with a commercially minded approach, you will help position MAS as a trusted partner for software engineering, cloud, data, and AI solutions,
particularly within financial services and compliance-intensive industries.What You'll DoOperational Excellence and Delivery LeadershipOversee and manage contracts, ensuring compliance, tracking backlog, and forecasting revenue.Maximize team utilization while maintaining high levels of motivation and client satisfaction.Drive delivery of measurable success stories and ensure effective execution of contract spend.Collaborate with finance to align revenue forecasts with backlog and ensure financial targets are met.Continuously evaluate and improve operational efficiencies across staffing, SOWs, and outcome-based or fixed-price engagements.Implement scalable processes and tools to support growth while driving efficiency across nearshore and offshore delivery models.Client Satisfaction and Relationship ManagementBuild and sustain strong relationships with clients,
ensuring their needs are consistently met or exceeded.Foster a culture of client value obsession where teams are constantly identifying opportunities to maximize value and grow accounts.Support client growth with a focus on achieving 10%+ year-over-year account expansion
