**ABOUT THE ROLE**Associate Manager, Marketing Commercialization Home Cleaning at SC Johnson, you will be accountable for developing and monitoring the marketing plan for the business in your charge, being responsible for executing Marketing activities in designated categories.
You will be responsible for achieving category objectives related to Market position, launch of new products for the North cluster which has 12 countries**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Develop, implement,
and manage the brand strategy assigned to the position by country.- Ensure country brand results behind financial & market participation.- Analyze market information for a complete understanding of the different markets of the North Cluster to develop strategies that allow the category to grow.- Guarantee the growth of the brand segments under your responsibility behind local and/or global innovation through country-focused proposals.- Work together with Customer Marketing to ensure correct execution of communication.- Maintain communication & alignment with the global team and ensure that the strategy is applicable to our markets (North Cluster).- Monitoring and execution of the launch of New Products and limited editions.
Manage the local NPD (New Product Development) task force to ensure the proper deployment of new product launches.- Take responsibility for the P&L; (Profit & Loss) of the assigned category at the country or group level and evaluate opportunities / actionable.- Execute excellence in marketing by collaborating with Sales and Customer marketing.- Work with advertising agency to implement the communication strategy in accordance with what was approved by the platform.- Responsibility for the brand's media budget in charge / launches by country- Build communication campaigns depending on the type of product, country,
or local situation, using the different communication platforms ATL, BTL, digital & E-Commerce.- Maintain contact with the media agency for planning and monitoring the execution of the communication plan of the brands in charge.- Construction of presentations for different internal and/or external stakeholders such as selling stories, business reviews, briefs with media agencies, internal and external clients, etc.
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING**- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in FMCG companies- Bachelor's degree: Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related careers.- Experience in Product development.- Solid use of computer tools (Microsoft Office).- Knowledge of the management and analysis of Nielsen Answers / Discover.- Organized, creative, proactive,
multifunctional team management, analytical, results oriented.- Experience developing communication strategies including Digital.- Experience in budget management in media**PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS**- Ability to analyze quantitative information and make recommendations.- Effective Verbal Communication
