and 4 specialized science and innovation development centers.Job purposeThe Head of Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in defining and driving the execution of the ensuring supply strategy for the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) business, both in the short and long term horizons, for maximum customer satisfaction.
The role involves strategic planning, coordination, and optimization of all supply chain activities, from understanding customer demand to ensuring correct demand signals are sent to the production sites, and efficient and cost-effective warehousing and distribution of CHC products.He/She is accountable for a robust, stable, and sustainable Integrated Business Planning process aligning business and operations with the growth ambition, a Customer Care function effectively carrying out the order to cash process and delivering excellent customer experience, and an efficient Warehousing and Distribution operations enabling on-time in full deliveries to our customers.Main responsibilities:Lead the organization's demand and supply planning strategy for the next 24 monthsManage IBP,



import and export processes for group two, acting as a focal point for managing the business for export clients.Create a demand planning strategy in accordance with the analysis of financial information, market share, revenue, sales reports, and commercial strategyTransversal work in marketing, sales, supply, and regulatory areasUnderstand the business needs for the proper planning and implementation of the company's Integrated Business Planning in the SOCOPAC regionManage the plant purchasing plan
