****Responsibilities**:As an inbound SDR for our linear motion division, you will handle incoming leads and convert them into qualified leads for the downstream account executive and engineering teams.
Your prospects will be OEMs and manufacturers that use linear motion as components for their final manufactured product, as well as system designers, integrators and contract manufacturers working with and for these OEMs.
You'll be working with leads in the North American market.You'll be supported by our B2B growth marketing team with campaigns, ads, content, and retargeting.You'll research, map, plan and execute outreach in a strategic manner.
Working the top of the funnel, you'll identify good fit prospects from our incoming lead flow.
You'll then research and map the accounts to identify selling triggers, dynamics, and the potential buying committee members, including stakeholders, decisions makers, influencers, and blockers.
Staying informed about your prospects, you'll then reach out and work to establish rapport and a better understanding of their needs and pain points.Once connected with a prospect,
you'll capture the required information and work with our engineering team to identify, recommend, and present specific Progressive Automations products as solutions to their individual requirements.
Throughout the sales cycle, you'll nurture your prospects to stay top of mind.Working towards a fully qualified lead, you'll evaluate your prospects based on their Challenges, Authority, Money and Prioritization throughout the sales process, and compare with Progressive Automations qualification requirements.
You'll work with the prospect until they meet or exceed these requirements before handing the fully qualified lead off to the appropriate downstream team.
**Required Skills and Experience**:- Strong background in technical sales or lead generation for B2B with a minimum of two years of experience in a relevant role- Proven track record of success in B2B sales or lead generation- Experience with targeting and prospecting for a manufacturing or technical type business with customized solutions.- Very good English on a native speaker level.- Ability to deliver consistent pipeline.- Experience working with CRMs and sales enablement platforms, like HubSpot
