Experience in the construction/real estate industry is a plus!
**Responsibilities**:- Conduct effective sales and cold calling activities to generate leads and close deals.- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook.- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of sales-related tasks.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to foster positive relationships.- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree.- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and cold calling.- Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined approach to work.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Flawless communication in Spanish and English- Experience in the construction/real estate industry is a plus!
**Technical Requirements**:- Personal Computer running on Windows 10/11.- Dual monitor setup.- Hardwired connection from the computer to the modem (Must be Ethernet, NO WIFI).- Noise cancellation USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth, wireless,
or 3.5mm will NOT work).- Internet speeds of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher are required.- **English Resume required**_Pay: $100.00 - $140.00 per hourExpected hours: 35 - 42.5 per week**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Remote Work: 1 year (preferred)- Construction or Real Estate Sales: 1 year (preferred)- Sales & Cold Calling: 3 years (required)Work Location: Remote
