We thrive in a dynamic, diverse environment with multiple operational and administrative challenges.We are looking for an **Executive Assistant** to provide administrative and operational support to the founders of dgmx, ensuring efficient management of their schedules, communications, and logistics to optimize their time and resources.
**Responsibilities**:- **Agenda Management**: Plan and organize appointments, meetings,
and commitments while coordinating internal and external events.- **Travel Logistics**: Arrange all aspects of travel, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.- **Resource Administration & Executive Support**: Reserve and manage meeting rooms for in-person or hybrid meetings, oversee and organize necessary administrative documents, assist with specific tasks requested by the founders, and collaborate on administrative and strategic projects.- **Financial Monitoring**: Track expenses and budgets related to executive activities and office operations.- **Project Tracking**: Stay informed about key business projects and deadlines to provide updates and advisories.- **Networking Coordination**: Manage contacts and networking opportunities to align with business priorities.- **Confidentiality Management**: Safeguard sensitive information, ensuring privacy and security.- **Team Communication**: Act as a liaison between the founders and other staff members or departments.- **Problem-Solving**: Anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate, ensuring smooth operations.
**Requirements**:- **Location**: Must reside in Mexico City to support local administrative tasks as needed.- **Education**: Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor's degree in administrative or related fields (preferred).- **Experience**: At least 2 years as a personal, executive, or administrative assistant with proven experience in calendar management and travel coordination.- **Languages**: Advanced English (B2-C1).- **Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
