**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or related engineering degree- Minimum 5 years of relevant Engineering experience- Minimum 3 years in product engineering design, CAD, development and/or testing- Minimum 1 years current design and release experience using the FCA releasing system- Ability to review drawings and package studies in CAD- Familiarity with source packages, specifications, DFMEA and DVP&R; through the complete product cycle (from sourcing approval to serial production)- Must have experience in one or more vehicle functional areas (Body, Interior, Chassis, Exterior, Electrical, Powertrain,
Restraints)- Experience in problem solving Strong technical research and writing skills Ability to work in a multicultural environment- Self-starter- Google Suite expertise- Strong Presentation Skills- Legally eligible to work in Mexico**Preferred Qualifications**:- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Experience in the full product life cycle Reactive and/or DFSS black belt- Previous High Voltage battery design and release experience- Preferred experience with HV battery packs, modules and cells- Minimum THREE (3) years CAD, CAE and/or Design Release experience at a OEM or Tier 1 supplier- Preferred hands on experience working with HV batteries or other electro-mechanical assemblies**Requirements**:**Preferred Qualifications**:- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Experience in the full product life cycle Reactive and/or DFSS black belt- Previous High Voltage battery design and release experience- Preferred experience with HV battery packs,
