**Responsibilities**:- **Supply Chain Expansion**:- Expand project supply channels and develop new suppliers.- Introduce new suppliers and evaluate their performance.- **Procurement Management**:- Manage the procurement of project fixed assets, equipment, materials, services, and projects.- Handle business negotiations, contract signing, payments, and warehousing reconciliation.- **Bidding and Project Implementation**:- Execute bidding and procurement projects, including the preparation of bidding documents and the organization and implementation of bidding reviews.- **Project Participation**:- Act as the procurement representative in project supply chain meetings.- Follow up on project progress, ensure project delivery,
and coordinate between procurement and sales.- **Market Analysis**:- Track changes in market prices and technical trends to enhance product quality and reduce procurement costs.- **Supplier Relationship Management**:- Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships.- Manage procurement and manufacturing costs effectively, providing guidance on project hardware solutions and selection strategies.- **Internal Procurement Management**:- Implement and manage internal procurement processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
**Requirements**:- Over 5 years of experience as a purchasing supervisor.- More than 3 years of experience in the printing and packaging industries.- Fluency in English and Spanish, both usable as working languages.- Proficient in SAP operations.- Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions to optimize procurement processes.
