As a **Bilingual Customer Service Agent (English/Spanish)**working remote you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.
**What You'll Be Doing****During a Typical Day, You'll**- Provide effective and efficient customer solutions to incoming customer inquiries and concerns regarding auto products, services,



etc- Meet or exceed monthly Call Center Performance objectives including call quality and performance objectives.- Accurately complete appropriate documentation for each transaction- Handle various customer contact mediums.
**What You Bring to the Role**1 -2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center operations environmentPrior knowledge/experience in automotive industry an asset.English at 90% is must.Strong written and oral communication skills.Excellent spelling, articulate, tone sensitive.Proactive listener / reader.Demonstrated skills in customer escalation, overcoming objections, conflict resolution and negotiation.
