This role The Information Technology Specialist is in charge of setting up,
managing and troubleshooting the technology systems that a business uses to maintain computer and software networks.
ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure computer systems and applications within the company.Attend in-person meetings or Google Meet with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.Diagnose and troubleshoot complicated technical cases in a dynamic environment.Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, email, and online requests for technical support and provide documentation.Procurement / Asset Management experience.RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science or related field.2+ years of support experience in Linux, Windows, or Mac OS architecture.Experience with automation engineering, switches, and network technologies.SaaS / Cloud experience (Google Workplace / Slack / 1Password / SSO).Strong understanding of system and application integration,
