**ROLE SUMMARY**
**Responsibilities**:
As a Customer Service Representative, **you will**:
- **Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.

- Provide **excellent** customer service while **timely** verifying and **accurately** updating patient accounts.
- **Comply** with HIPAA rules, appropriately safeguarding Protected Health Information, or other private and **confidential patient information.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL**
**Experience Required**
- Prefer two or more years of Inbound and Outbound Consumer service experience OR one year of healthcare related Customer Service experience.
- Recommendation letters from 2 previous employers.
- Advanced English Level - C1
**Technical / Functional Skills Required**
- Computer literate with keyboard knowledge, fast typing skills,
have a basic understanding of using webpages and internet systems.
- **Minimum 50mbps Internet speed, stable and reliable during working hours.

**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
