CommScope is hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our Global RUCKUS Supply Chain Team.

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing Global supply chain operations by the design and implementation of end-to-end Analytics solutions.
This position focuses on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall performance across the supply chain.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of supply chain processes, S&OP;, Power BI, SAP Integrated Business Planning Software (IBP), Ariba SCC, and experience in cross-functional collaboration with procurement, operations, NPI, PLM, logistics, and sales teams.
This role requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, improve accuracy and support business objectives.Gather and decipher complex requirements to develop more user-friendly and impactful ways of reporting and communicating information.Assist in forecasting demand and supply needs based on large data sources containing historical data and market trends.Lead and manage Supply Chain special projects, such as SAP IBP and Ariba SCC.Collaborate with stakeholders across PLM, procurement, operations, logistics, NPI, and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).Design, maintain, and update supply chain metrics, dashboards, and reports for senior management to drive decision-making.Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes related to inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier performance.Evaluate and recommend supply chain technology solutions or upgrades to improve operations and data visibility.Monitor market trends, industry standards, and best practices to stay ahead of supply chain challenges and innovations.Support S&OP; (Sales and Operations Planning) processes by aligning supply plans with demand forecasts.Present insights, recommendations, and provide mentoring and coaching to peers within the global planning team.Implement and utilize artificial intelligence tools for forecasting and process improvement (desirable).Thrive under a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.Required Qualifications for Consideration Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.5-7 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on SAP IBP, S&OP;, Ariba SCC,
and Inventory analysis.Proficient in English language (written and spoken).Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and supply chain software, SAP Integrated Business Planning Software (IBP), Ariba SCC.Experience with supply chain metrics, dashboards, and process optimization.You Will Excite us if you Have Master's DegreeCertification in supply chain such as APICS or Six SigmaWhy CommScope: CommScope is on a quest to deliver connectivity that empowers how we live, work, and learn.
