**What you will enjoy doing**:
- Work with operations team to identify, create and implement innovative human resources solutions that enhance business performance specific to manufacturing
- Works with management and employees on resolving employee relations issues.
- Support talent and people development in the business in close collaboration with HR Business Partners
- Partners with employees at all levels in the manufacturing plant to provide expertise and counseling for all people issues.
- Work closely with management team to improve employee work relationships, engagement, retention and performance.
- Implement HR processes and policies in cooperation with the Regional team
- Provide leadership,
guidance and professional development opportunities to your team.
- Report and monitor all HR related key performance indicators.
**What makes you great**:
- University degree in HR, business, economics or similar education
- 6-8 years in-depth professional HR experience in various HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Labour Relations, Payroll) within a manufacturing Company
- Labor relations experience preferred
- Sound understanding of legal relationships, employment law and practices required
- Hands-on mentality, self-starter attitude and trusted individual
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact with all levels
- Excellent English skills
