We are seeking a motivated Onsite Moderator to join our team.
As our Onsite Moderator, you will be working out of our office in Monterrey, Mexico, assisting and guiding participants for our study.
You will work directly with participants to ensure the proper execution of study requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.
Work Summary
Moderators will work directly with participants to ensure the proper execution of study requirements.
The primary responsibility is to moderate user sessions and provide updates to the other members of the production team, as well as troubleshoot any technical issues.
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, who are diligent, detail-oriented, and can work independently.
The successful candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment with experience in customer service.
