Know more: PepsiCoJobs Join PepsiCo, dare for better. Responsibilities The Opportunity: PepsiCo's Strategy & Transformation (S&T;) organization has been established to drive PepsiCo's Digital Transformation and critical strategic initiatives globally, for all sectors and functions.
Within the S&T; organization, we are building our Change Center of Excellence.
The Change COE enables the S&T; strategic agenda by providing CM expertise supporting PepsiCo's "Big Bets." The Change CoE will lead Change Management for priority transformation programs by owning change management, global frameworks and tools, and through growing S&T; Change talent.
To enable this purpose, we are looking for a Change Management Manager with change expertise and proven experience supporting large and complex transformational projects; applying change tools and techniques to assess, diagnose, design, support, deliver,
and execute custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the project.
This role will work with key stakeholders across programs, and focus on developing, managing, and executing transformational activities.
The primary responsibility for this role will be formulating and implementing enterprise-wide change management strategies and plans to help embody the mindsets and behaviors needed for a successful rollout of the new global E2E process.
The CM COE, Manager, for Global Network Design will execute all facets of organizational change.
Your Impact: As Transf Sr Manager your functions would consist of:
Leverages established CM methodologies/tools to develop and execute the strategic plan supporting implementation, execution,
and adoption.Leads the change management for global functional teams including setting change strategy and managing change-related project plans.Manage all change management deliverables including change plan, leadership alignment, communications, change impacts, training/Super Users, Change Agent Network, and value realization.Oversee the communication strategy and work with key stakeholders to develop communications plans.Oversee the training strategy and work with key stakeholders to develop training plans.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization.Develop strategy to engage and successfully maintain strong relationships with global and functional leadership teams.Successfully translate theoretical approaches, past experiences, and business needs into practical plans and manage/ensure the successful end-to-end delivery.Ensure change management approaches are deployed,
risks and issues are managed and mitigated, and an approach of post-implementation continuous improvement is embedded.Drive, monitor, and manage change workstream delivery – ensuring key milestones are met on time and on budget.Work with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding and ensure leaders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams.Manage change-related interdependencies across workstreams within the project. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture,
and business transformation.Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
