The Payroll Specialist reports into the Payroll Manager and sits within the wider payroll and billing team within People 2.0 EMEA.
What will you be doing as a Payroll Specialist?
Process payroll for employees accurately and timely.




Make sure any relevant tax deductions and statutory payments are paid/deducted in line with the tax rules.
Ensuring that our systems are kept up to date.
Validating payroll files.
Handling of 3rd party administrative matters related to payroll activities e.g.
insurance, absence/leave, pension providers.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing payroll processing.
Deliver exemplary support and services to our employees, both internal and external, in all payrolls, billing, and wage-related matters.
Prepare, control, and send defined reports to authorities.
Assist in the preparation of year-end tax documents and reports.
Provide support in other finance and administrative tasks as required.
Ensuring completion of month-end activities.
What experience will help you thrive as Payroll Specialist?
Essential experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll administration or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
A high level of attention to detail.
Professional and engaging,



with solid organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Desirable experience: Certification in Payroll Administration.
Proficiency in payroll software/systems.
