The Western European Shared Services Center (SSC) supports our country organizations and regional / global Business Units with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities (Junior Financial Accountant Business Analyst SSC) Intercompany transactions, posting and reconciliation of IC accounts.
Dealing with IC queries during the month.
Perform dunning activities to address outstanding receivables and manage communication with clients regarding overdue payments.
Production of invoices (including fixed price and intercompany).
Create master data like customers, projects, contracts in SAP FI/CO/SD.
Carry out daily business support requests.
Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) support.
Handle day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely recording.
Collaborate with the UK and Barcelona teams to provide financial support and analysis.
Participate in the month-end activities.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
(Junior International Admin) Handling of SNOW requests received by sister companies in order to validate local business partners.
Run compliance and creditworthiness validation of business partners (customers and vendors) using database web tool (DB).
Update results of the BPs validation in SNOW and CRM.
Global creation and maintenance of local business partners (customers and vendors) in different ERP systems: ECC ITP, S4H Public, S4H Private.
Future Business Partner Creation and CRM Enrichment.
Support implementation of new ERP system.
Evaluations and control regarding the group-wide compliance policy.
Handling DB High Risk and Severe alerts.
Requirements Understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
Fluent in English and preferably Spanish.
Well-versed in MS Office suite, especially Excel and preferably familiar with SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to organize efficiently and work in an international team.

For this position, living in Barcelona is compulsory; it is a flexible smart working job, not a remote position.
Salary range: 16-18K (according to studies, experience and languages spoken).
