Job Title: HRBP / HR Generalist (French Speaker) Location: El Prat de Llobregat Company: Manufacturing Purpose: As a Junior HR Business Partner for the EMEA region, you will provide critical HR support across multiple countries in the region.
Working closely with the EMEA HR Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of HR policies, managing day-to-day HR operations, and helping to drive employee engagement and development.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment and will play a key part in supporting the organization's growth in EMEA.
Responsibilities: Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle:
collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with workforce planning across multiple countries; support the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws in various EMEA countries.
Oversee the preparation and administration of payroll in cooperation with external payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and employee benefits.
Support leaders in assigned client groups by assisting with organizational planning, employee development, and engagement activities.
Work closely with leaders to support the management of performance issues and provide guidance to address them proactively.
Help develop and deliver employee training programs aimed at improving team performance and effectiveness.
Be responsible for all HR operations (payroll, labor law compliance, employee records, contracts, documents, absence management, job changes, etc).
Contribute to the rollout of new initiatives,
including assisting in the introduction and implementation of business-related HR programs.
Support all HR-related global programs, like the annual Performance, Merit and bonus review process.
Partner with HR peers, Legal, Payroll and other functional teams to ensure a comprehensive and holistic employee-centric and legally compliant approach to HR processes.
Support the HR Manager in driving key HR strategies and initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment with global business goals.
Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of relevant international HR experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field.
Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office software and solid working experience with HRIS system.
Track record of experience working in a fast-paced, commercial environment and the ability to be successful in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.
Fluency in French, Spanish, and English is a must; other languages (German) are a plus.
