The Opportunity Kube has a great opportunity for a full-time, CRM Specialist in our Barcelona office.
You will be responsible for assisting in the management and optimization of our organization's CRM-related processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key things you will be doing Assist in the analysis, design, and optimization of CRM-related business processes and workflows across the organization Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions Monitor and analyse process performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks Build automation workflows using non-coding tools to streamline processes and reduce manual effort Assist in the development and delivery of process improvement training and change management initiatives to drive process adoption and effectiveness Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful execution of process improvement initiatives To join the team?
