**Responsibilities**:
**Job Purpose**:
The HR Business Partner will work as part of the site HR team to achieve the mission of our organization.
This position is responsible for the coordination of training activities, staff services,



management of uniforms and/or consumables and tools related to employee care, and other functions to support the business's growth, profitability, and cash flow.
The HR Business Partner is part of the plant HR team, reporting to the HR Manager Atlacomulco.
This position will require strong cross-functional collaboration from the plant, our global HR community, and external stakeholders.
The incumbent will create a collaborative and efficient HR function with a focus on warm and timely service to plant employees.
**Essential Functions**:
Employee services
- Ensure warm, timely and equitable treatment for all employees of the organisation, promoting open and bidirectional communication, to be a link between the areas of the plant, employees and stakeholders.
- Coordinate in a timely manner, including a long-term vision and a focus on risk, the activities, tools, and resources necessary to ensure responsiveness to the needs of the plant's employees.
Ethics
- Ensure, in all activities to be executed,



full compliance with the 4 principles of the Morgan code; that this can be observable in their behaviour, by respecting, encouraging, and even denouncing any anomaly that contravenes the principles of the Morgan code or the laws related to HR management.
Learning and Development
- Coordinate the training activities for the different positions in the organisation; propose the annual programme, once the needs have been detected with the areas, ensure the supporting documentation of the training delivered and keep the reports up to date so as to have timely and accurate information to establish the best way to improve the training.
Employee Engagement and Wellbeing
- Engagement
- Support engagement-related activities, survey implementation, results analysis, and communications.
- Execute the annual plan of engagement improvement activities and organisational development initiatives.




- Execute the formal communication plan, evaluate its effectiveness, and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- Personal Leadership
- Establish interpersonal relationships both inside and outside the plant, based on trust and the fulfilment of promises, to build an HR team that fulfils its purpose in the organisation.
- Employee Relations
- Support the management of Industrial and employee relations within a unionised site.
- Provide support and guidance on absence management, disciplinary and grievance issues

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or equivalent
- Progressive experience in Human Resources Management




- Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as exceptional relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access); advanced proficiency in Excel preferred
- Advanced English knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of employment law
- Must be able to maintain employee confidentiality
