**Responsibilities**
**What will you be doing?
**
This role will coordinate Business Continuity management enablement for North America.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work with Business Continuity management to ensure that the disaster recovery, crisis management and business continuity plans are aligned.
- Lead IT DR Plan testing schedule and oversee testing processes and resources coordination.
Ensure the IT DR Plan is aligned with the Business Impact Analysis Perform
**Qualifications**
**Who are we looking for?
**
- 8-10 yrs.
of experience in managing large-scale IT Operations, understands Disaster and Reliability management and must have practiced it for at least 5 years.
- Knowledge of IT processes,
especially IT Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure systems, Business Continuity, Disaster recovery plans, RPO and RTO strategies
- Deep understanding of IT DR at both a technical and business level In-depth
- Experience in planning and executing enterprise-wide DR testing
- Experience working with and managing relationships with 3rd party DR providers.
