We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations team.
This role will be responsible for turning complex datasets into clear insights, presenting them in useful business formats and running in-depth analysis of our datasets.
The successful candidate will be expected to translate data into actionable propositions, support stakeholders in understanding and applying performance statistics, monitor fraud threats and automate data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities Work as a Senior Data analyst for our Operations team which is responsible for HC planning, continuous improvement,
and process optimization Work closely with the Team Leads of the different ops teams across Finance Department Translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable propositions, presenting them in useful business formats Run in-deep analysis of our datasets , generate hypotheses and validate them through online experimentation and AB testing Support stakeholders in the understanding and application of performance statistics Highlight trends and spikes to management Update and maintain relevant working tools and materials Identify emerging risks , unusual trends and anomalies on different KPIs and metrics Create dashboards in Tableau to monitor fraud threats behaviors and raise alerts if thresholds are exceeded Automate data pipelines , monitoring process and alert generation for end-to-end processes that involve SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python Develop tools and produce automatic dashboards/reporting solutions for the Operational teams Design, research and build presentations for Departmental managers to interface with the wider business Supporting projects by providing reports and analysis to measure the success of new initiatives Improve processes within area including but not limited to those related to reporting, planning, and forecasting; contribute to overall effectiveness of the organization Data driven mindset and approach across all the projects, tasks and of day to day work Must haves Degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, etc.)
3+ years of relevant work experience in similar positions Advanced knowledge using SQL Advanced Excel user Knowledge of data visualization tools/BI tools (i.e.
Tableau, PowerBI , etc.)
Hands-on experience with experimentation, including design, implementation, and methodologies (e.g., hypothesis testing and regression analysis) and a solid understanding of statistical techniques for analyzing and interpreting results Strong analytical skills, fluency in data analysis, and data storytelling Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail Excellent communication & collaboration skills, giving and receiving feedback Think critically, creatively, and with a problem-solving mindset when approaching analytical statements Fluent in English (At least B2) Will be a plus R/Python programming languages Benefits we offer to you: From your first day: Competitive salary based on experience and skills Healthy lunches from our catering partners (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available).
