How you will make a difference: Identify & Engage : Generate new business meetings and opportunities in the Dutch market using a multi-touch outreach strategy (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Understand & Solve : Uncover prospects' needs and pain points, demonstrating how Safeguard Global's services provide the perfect solution.
Strategic Research : Map out key stakeholders within target accounts and tailor engagement for maximum impact.
Build Relationships : Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with prospects that are not fully qualified.
Expand & Maintain : Grow and manage the company's prospect database.
Track & Optimize : Accurately record all sales activities in Salesforce for transparency and performance tracking.
Hit Your Goals : Execute direct sales activities to achieve agreed targets and KPIs.
Support Marketing : Assist in trade shows, exhibits,



and company events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
What will make you stand out: Proven B2B Lead Generation Experience – A strong track record in driving new business opportunities, inside sales, business development, or lead generation within the Dutch market.
Expert in Prospecting – Proven experience identifying, contacting, and cold calling potential customers.
Native Dutch Speaker – Fluent communication to connect with prospects in their language.
Exceptional Time Management – Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Driven & Competitive Mindset – Tenacious, ambitious, and eager to contribute to a rapidly growing company's success.
Outstanding Communication Skills – You know what to say, but more importantly,



how and when to say it – both written and verbal.
Confident Negotiator & Influencer – Comfortable engaging with C-Level Executives and key decision-makers.
Results-Oriented Approach – Focused on achieving targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Self-Motivated & Proactive – A hands-on attitude with the drive to take ownership of your role.
