**Bilingual Customer Service**

**Role Purpose**

The Deal Implementation teams assist Clients with their journey of onboarding on eChannel payment platforms like HSBCnet, Connect,



Global liquidity cash management products.
Post the initial lead from the client services or sales team, the Deal Implementation team gathers clients' requirements and assists them with completion of documentation in adherence to the various risk and regulatory requirements.
Post customer documentation, the team liaises with various functions for completion of requirements like KYC, Signature Verification, Limit Approvals, eChannel enablement, Training and Billing.
These are critical due to complexity, aggressive and non-negotiable TAT with impact on revenue generation.
This is primarily a client facing role, which requires Written, Verbal and negotiation skills.
**Main Activities**

The Client Implementation Officer assist Clients with their journey of onboarding on eChannel payment platforms like HSBCnet, Connect, Global liquidity cash management products.
Help manage the end-to-end client management process providing a positive and professional onboarding/client experience for customers.
Post the initial lead from the client services or sales team,



the Deal Implementation team gathers clients' requirements and assists them with completion of documentation in adherence to the various risk and regulatory requirements.
Post customer documentation, the team liaises with various functions for completion of requirements like KYC, Signature Verification, Limit Approvals, eChannel enablement, Training and Billing.
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Bilingual - Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
- Work experience - required/preferred/not mandatory
- Communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management, planning and organization skills
- Strong customer orientations,



work with relevant key stakeholders to ensure a positive client experience including excellent service and implementation
- Quick Learner and knowledge transferor
- Ability to understand and interpret numeric data
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wider range of people
- Ability to multi task
- Process/Project Management skills
- PC skills - Word, Excel & Access - Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of various Banking/Financial Products and a good understanding on financial regulatory requirements.
- Ability to write business letters, E-mails and reports
- Good interpersonal skill and teamwork spirit
- Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data
