This role could be based out of Mexico City, Toronto, Minneapolis, Carrollton or Ann Arbor.
**About the Role**:
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key initiatives such as:
- Executing against our global strategy to ensure Thomson Reuters attracts the best external talent by promoting key messages that convey our employer value proposition, working in partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR business leaders and third-party partners.
- Planning, delivering and monitoring campaigns through appropriate channels including our website, LinkedIn, other relevant social media channels, and third-party talent communities for priority job functions to attract world-class talent.
- Measuring and reporting employer brand and recruitment marketing activities to improve and optimize tactics to achieve our goals.
- Assisting in maintaining dashboards on campaign performance to broadly communicate to recruiters and business partners their return on investment from our brand and marketing initiatives.
- Working collaboratively across Talent Acquisition and other internal business teams to identify interesting brand and talent features for our careers blog and employer profiles.
**About You**:
You're a fit for the role of Senior Employer Branding Specialist if your experience includes:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years' experience in Marketing, Communications, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, or similar experience.
- Skilled at project management and continuous prioritization.
- Experience with a CRM, Hootsuite and content creation.
- A high-level of responsibility and accountability; delivers results; makes timely decisions with good judgment; takes initiative and is reliable; accepts responsibility for actions and outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
problem-solving and influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Acts with sense of urgency, meets goals and timelines; is adaptable to shifting plans when data or actions require it.
