People Applications and be a key member of the People Applications team.
You will provide functional and technical support across Workday and the People Applications teams including daily support, maintenance, and configuration of Workday and other HCM applications.
The Senior HRIS Analyst will need to collaborate with multiple functional areas and with key stakeholders.
The position will be a project lead to support enhancements, testing, and other technical projects.
This role will ensure that the most efficient and effective reporting and data integrity solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs.ResponsibilitiesKey technical support analyst for HCM applications including daily support & configuration to ensure data and system integrityTriage, diagnose, and resolve issues as neededPartner with cross functional areas, including teams across People & Talent, IT, Finance, Payroll, Accounting,
and within the businessLead projects and initiatives to support ongoing processes and new enhancements in an effort to scale and improve processesLiaise with both internal and external resources and consultants to coordinate and support initiativesGather and outline requirements for new configuration and future enhancements for all areas of Workday and People ApplicationsDesign, document, and monitor reports & integrationsMaintain documentation to support proper controls and appropriate approvalsDevelop, manage and maintain reporting, dashboards, and internal reference guidesMake recommendations for continued process improvement, system efficiency, and new technologiesDesired Skills & ExperienceWorkday experience required4-6 years' experience in HRISBachelor's degree preferredSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and within a teamHighly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and issue resolution skillsProven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, projects,
