Product Manager We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in software product companies.
This individual will play a crucial role in understanding client needs (both internal and external) and aligning product priorities with the technical team, while not directly managing teams.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities.
Utilize analytical skills to ask the right questions, understand client needs, and translate them into actionable insights.
Influence and align with technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement on product priorities.
Drive the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Engage in user research, data analysis, and A/B testing to inform product decisions.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Manager in software product companies, ideally having worked in multiple environments.
Strong analytical capabilities with a keen ability to understand and interpret client needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively influence and collaborate with technical teams.
Familiarity with project management and task management tools such as Jira, DevOps, and Trello.
Experience with strategy and roadmapping tools like Productboard, ProductPlan, or Aha!
Proficient in data analysis tools like Amplitude, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Tableau, QlikView, or MS PowerBI.
Skilled in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, and Miro.
Knowledge of knowledge management tools like Notion and Confluence.
Experience in user research tools such as Typeform, Hotjar, Qualtrics, FullStory, and UserTesting.
Proficiency in A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely and LaunchDarkly.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to acknowledge and learn from mistakes.
Salary: 45k - 55k depending on experience.
