We are searching for a Country Manager – Spain to lead market development, optimize operations, and build strong partnerships.
This role is key to shaping business strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering long-term relationships in the industry.
Your Mission: Market Growth & Business Development – Identify opportunities to expand the company's presence, secure strategic partnerships, and negotiate key agreements.
Strategic Leadership – Design and implement business plans that align with market trends and sustainability goals.
Operations Oversight – Manage logistics, optimize efficiency, and guarantee compliance with local regulations.
People Leadership – Recruit, mentor, and guide multidisciplinary teams in sales, marketing, and operations.
Financial Oversight – Establish and control budgets, drive profitability, and oversee the rollout of a new ERP system.
Brand & Marketing Strategy – Enhance brand positioning through targeted campaigns and deep market insights.
Stakeholder Relations – Represent the company in industry forums, maintain strong ties with headquarters, and provide regular business performance updates.
What You Bring: A degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field Extensive leadership experience in senior management roles in business service rental, contract catering and facility management or full-service event catering and logistics.
A background in international business environments and stakeholder management A results-driven mindset with strong leadership, strategic thinking,
and customer focus English is a must and French is a nice.
Familiarity with Spain's environmental regulations and market landscape Hands-on, multitasking, and problem-solving approach Interested or know someone who would be a great fit?
