About the Role As a German Junior Campaign Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with new clients, helping them set up their first online advertising campaigns.
Your work will have a direct impact on their businesses, driving growth and success through tailored Google Ads solutions.
You will thrive in a target-driven environment, collaborating with a supportive onboarding team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities Consult & Build Campaigns: Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC advertising campaigns, creating strategies that align with clients' business goals.
Understand Needs: Detect and align with customers' individual objectives to optimize their marketing investments.
Drive Success: Be accountable for increasing campaign spend, identifying upselling opportunities, and maintaining sustainability.
Engage Daily: Manage a high volume of new clients daily through phone calls, fostering impactful conversations to win their trust.
What You Bring Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent (bonus if you hold an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications).
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or online advertising.
Skills: Strong analytical skills to measure success and guide decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging phone pitches and compelling proposals.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients effectively.
Collaborative team spirit, ready to work in a fast-evolving industry.
Languages: Native-level German and a high level of English are required to excel.

Here's what you'll get: Contract & Salary: Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
Annual gross salary: 24,310 + up to 4,290 in bonuses.
Permanent contract.
