We are a dynamic organization dedicated to managing and administrating international mobility projects for students, teachers, and educators within the scope of European Erasmus + projects.
Our team is committed to providing personalized services tailored to specific needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to support and coordinate Erasmus groups throughout their stay in Granada.
Your fluency in Polish and English and/or Spanish will be crucial in ensuring effective communication and seamless integration of participants into a new environment.
Main Responsibilities: Participant Support: Provide comprehensive support to Erasmus groups, addressing their needs and concerns.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the local community and program participants, ensuring clear and effective communication in both Polish and English or Spanish.
Customer Service: Utilize your experience in customer service to enhance the overall experience of program participants and address any issues that may arise.
Documentation: Manage documentation related to the finalization of the project, ensuring compliance with program requirements.
Qualifications: Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken); Spanish will be a valuable advantage.
Strong social skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Previous experience in customer service roles.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
