Team Overview

The Strategy and Planning team is essential to DiDi Food’s success, shaping the strategic direction of our operations in Spanish Speaking LatAm.

As Head of Strategy & Planning, you will collaborate with senior executives, the global strategy team, and local operations to define priorities, allocate resources, and enhance processes. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to drive top-level decisions and foster sustainable growth across diverse teams in a fast-evolving environment.

Role Responsibilities

- Leading strategic planning by setting goals, defining priorities, and allocating resources in collaboration with senior executives and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment between local objectives and global goals.
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis to support data-driven decision-making,



ensuring recommendations are grounded in robust facts and logic.
- Monitoring market trends and competitive dynamics to proactively identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and developing actionable plans to enhance processes, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Designing frameworks and tools to track progress, measure impact, and ensure accountability across key initiatives.
- Fostering collaboration across teams, including local operations, sales, and functional units, to drive alignment and synergy.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform long-term strategic decision-making.
