We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a proven background in SaaS and B2B product development to join our growing team.
This individual will play a key role in driving product strategy, defining requirements, and collaborating closely with engineering to build innovative, scalable solutions. Ideally, the candidate has experience in healthcare, education, or industrial sectors, but this is not required. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can drive alignment across teams and ensure product decisions deliver value for both users and the business.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, and scoping, as well as delivery of features that align with business goals, platform strategy, and user needs. You'll also leverage market research and industry trends to define a clear product direction and be the bridge between stakeholders, engineering teams, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear vision for features that align with product strategy, business objectives, user needs, and market opportunities.
Ensure features integrate seamlessly into the broader platform ecosystem and deliver measurable value for both users and the business.
- Ideation and Market Research: Conduct market analysis, user research, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and gaps. Stay informed about technology and industry trends.
- Define Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to draft detailed product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Scope and Prioritize: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure clear alignment with business and platform goals.
- Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable plans, ensure technical feasibility, and oversee the development lifecycle.
- Communicate Up and Down: Present product plans, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels,
from team members to senior leadership.
- Evaluate Impact: Assess the performance of features post-launch using KPIs and user feedback, identifying areas for iteration and improvement.
Nice To Haves:
- Experience in healthcare, education, or industrial industries.
- Familiarity with industry trends in AR/VR, AI, or other emerging technologies.
- Expertise in integrating features into complex SaaS platforms.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on SaaS and B2B product development.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define a long-term product vision while executing on near-term goals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Requirements Definition:
Expertise in translating business and user needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and leadership.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of SaaS business models, B2B user needs, and market dynamics.
- Trend Awareness: Strong grasp of technology and industry trends to inform product decisions.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data and KPIs to measure feature performance and impact.
