Job Description Role overview We're looking for a Global Email Marketing Specialist to lead and enhance our email marketing efforts for the enterprise segment on an international scale.
Using HubSpot as your toolkit, your primary objective will be to guide local marketing teams in developing robust email marketing strategies and improve key metrics,



ensuring that the channel's performance is consistently optimized and contacts get effectively nurtured and engaged through personalized email communications.
What you'll do: Strategic initiatives to boost email channel & WhatsApp: Run projects together with local teams to improve email marketing's performance, including campaign strategy enhancements, deliverability best practices, analytics updates, content improvements, testing new tools to improve email metrics, and more.
Marketing automation: Develop and oversee automated email workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and triggered omnichannel campaigns to boost engagement and conversion rates.
Email campaign strategy: Work with both global and local marketing teams to develop email marketing strategies that maximize lead generation, nurturing, and engagement.
A/B testing:



Regularly conduct A/B testing of new approaches to automations and mass email campaigns to ensure the best performance.
Compliance and best practices: Make sure all email campaigns adhere to data protection laws (like GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and are aligned with industry standards.
Maintaining channel's health: Oversee reputation and deliverability metrics on high sending volumes, run warmups for newly launched domains, and test new tools to optimize results.
Performance analysis: Track and evaluate email campaign metrics, provide regular reports, and extract insights to improve our marketing efforts.
Collaboration: Partner with other marketing teams, such as content, design, and data analytics, to ensure our marketing is cohesive and consistent.
Market research: Keep up with global marketing trends, customer preferences, and industry insights to enhance communication strategies and stay competitive.




Education and best practice sharing: Creating materials and running educational sessions for global and local teams to share best practices related to email content creation, deliverability, automation setup, A/B testing, and other aspects.
Qualifications At least 2 years of proven experience in email marketing , with hands-on experience in email campaigns and automation creation, set up and optimization .
B2B experience is a plus.
Demonstrated success in creating effective email marketing strategies with measurable results.
Practical knowledge of email marketing platforms and/or marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot with particular emphasis on the email creator and workflows module).
Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and lead nurturing strategies.




Good knowledge of email deliverability best practices and anti-spam regulations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a global organizational structure and collaborating with diverse local teams representing different cultures would be welcome.
Preferred familiarity with tools (but not required): Jira, Trello, Notion, Miro, Figma .
Strong level of business English .
