Talent Lead @ FundingBox | HR, Leadership and Employer Branding FUNDINGBOX , a leading distributor of European public funds in the uptake or development of digital innovation, is seeking a self-driven Senior Tech Transfer Specialist to join our remote team, supporting our diverse workforce across Europe.
We are looking for an Expert in Innovation Ecosystems to join our growing Technology Transfer team .
This person will be working with leading research and technology organizations in Europe , making connections with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
and mobilising Early Adopters for emerging technologies from our portfolio to ensure long-term collaboration and sustainability among this ecosystem.
The role also foresees a clear understanding of digital transformation and its role in shaping the new economy.
The person should freely navigate in the landscape of industrial technologies, smart manufacturing, energy efficiency technologies, cybersecurity etc.
In addition to sustainability and technical aspects, the candidate will also work with business-facing elements such as innovative business models.
The candidate should have an availability to travel.
Key responsibilities Expert in agile and lean methodologies able to implement them through workshops and other collaborative co-creation measures Understanding the technology development process and the right use of supporting measures to push the key exploitable results towards means of market validation Ability to prioritize, clusterize the technology portfolio and matchmaking with the right range of early adopting end-users profiles Ability to improve the overall Tech Transfer methodology by including new methodological tools Ability to write the project proposals using the Tech Transfer toolkit Incorporation of Hubs, Technologies and Use Cases into techfinders.io platform Preparing commercial offers to sell the services offered by the tech transfer team and implementing them on clients side Working closely with project management, european projects and marketing colleagues on each requested levels Reviewing key documents, if needed Engineering background or MBA/MA with BSc in Engineering Knowledge about Innovation Ecosystems Knowledge about DIHs, Regional Smart Specialisations framework and public funding Fluent in English and preferably at least one other European language Nice to have Curious, willing to learn and develop Analytical thinker Used to work in a fast-paced environment and with demanding deadlines Able to work independently, but also in a remote team Have the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our offices, create global connections, and travel occasionally Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere (within the legal limits of every country), with flexible working hours Access personal development with training to support learning and growth Join a purpose and goal-driven team fostering mutual support Experience an environment that truly cares about work/life harmony, with the possibility to work 4 days a week over the summer How to apply?
