**Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities**:

**Duties
Business Process
- Assist project teams in implementation of BTAB and testing support with Impact Partners
- Develop and demonstrate functional expertise in Oracle and related business processes
- Own the implementation of new sales processes and testing
- Support of pricing and new part creation

Sales Support
- Run detailed reports for Sales Leadership
- Maintain dashboards to identify Impact Partner performance
- Partner with business process supervisor to support Impact Partner plans and other administrative functions

Communication
- Communication Internally and externally - effective management of all stakeholders




- Clear communication internally and externally

Flexibility
- Depending on month end activities and financial closing

**Professional Degree Requirements (i.e., Engineering, Business Admin, etc.
)**:

**Experience Requirements (Years / Type of prior responsibilities or experience / Industry, etc.
)**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a sales function

- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Self-starting and action oriented
- Oracle Experience Required
- Proficient in Excel
