SDR Operations Specialist Job Purpose Our client, a global leader in the software industry, is looking for an SDR Operations Specialist to play a key role in optimising and streamlining SDR operations across Europe, specifically in France, Central Europe, and Iberia.
This role will support the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by managing workflows, ensuring efficient lead routing, optimising sales tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The focus will be on improving SDR productivity, enhancing lead generation processes, and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline in these regions.

Key Responsibilities SDR Process Optimisation and Tools Management : Analyse SDR processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement best practices, improving productivity across European regions.
Optimise sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach.io) to enhance lead generation and overall efficiency.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Support : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to align marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and SDR activities.
Support SDR leadership in resource planning and sales forecasting.
Requirements Proven experience in Sales Operations, SDR Operations, SDR Management,



or a similar role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, ideally supporting international sales teams.
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales engagement platforms (Outreach.io), and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Strong process orientation, with a proven ability to design, optimise, and automate workflows that drive SDR or sales productivity.
Analytical mindset, able to translate data into actionable insights to enhance lead management and pipeline growth.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to organise and manage cross-functional projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with SDRs, sales leaders, marketing teams, and stakeholders across various regions.




Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages (French, Spanish, German) are a plus.
Key Performance Metrics SDR Productivity Metrics : Improvement in key SDR activities, such as call volumes, email engagement rates, and meeting bookings.
Lead Conversion Rates : Increase in the percentage of leads successfully converted into qualified opportunities.
Tool Adoption & Efficiency: Measurable improvements in tool usage rates and efficiency, resulting in reduced time spent on manual tasks.
Pipeline Growth: Contribution to the growth of the sales pipeline through optimised lead routing and process enhancements.




Process Improvement Impact: Demonstrated efficiency gains from process optimisations, tracked through reduced lead response times and improved SDR workflows.
Hybrid working (3 days office & 2 work from home).
