This mid-level management position is pivotal in managing program resources, identifying risks, and continuous prioritization within a dynamic environment.
Description As a Sr.
Program Manager at Centific specializing in Generative AI Data Services,
you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our cutting-edge projects focused on building and enhancing Large Language Models (LLMs).
Your primary responsibility will be to lead a small team of 2-4 Project Managers to drive program coordination that leverages global crowd contractors to collect, create, curate, and validate human-labeled data crucial for training AI models.
In this dynamic and evolving field, you will be at the forefront of bridging the gap between human expertise and artificial intelligence, contributing significantly to the development of next-generation AI technologies.
As a strategic thinker and highly organized program manager, you will collaborate closely with technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, efficient execution, and successful delivery of projects across diverse knowledge domains such as STEM, Coding, Health, Finance, Writing, and Legal.
Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead a small team of project managers that drive end-to-end project management for generative AI data services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of human-labeled data to clients.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the execution of projects, considering the unique challenges and opportunities presented by generative AI use cases.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with highly technical stakeholders, understanding their requirements and providing insights on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to maintain the accuracy and reliability of human-labeled data, crucial for training robust AI models.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data annotators, subject matter experts, and technical teams, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in generative AI data services, contributing to the growth and efficiency of Centific's offerings.
Skills for an Ideal Candidate Project Management: Proven experience in end-to-end project management, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop effective solutions in the context of generative AI data services.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have) Data Annotation Platforms: Familiarity with tools and platforms used for data annotation in the context of generative AI models.
Machine Learning Concepts: Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and workflows to facilitate communication with technical teams.
Data Privacy and Security: Awareness of data privacy and security considerations in the context of handling sensitive training data.
Programming Skills: Basic programming skills (e.g., Python) to comprehend technical aspects of AI model training.
Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of proven experience in program or project management, particularly in data services for AI.
Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their applications.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel as needed for project coordination and client interactions.
